Finally after 2 weeks of pestering the crap out of my local parts guy, I walked into united auto this morning and the guy just started smiling real big. I said did it come in yet??????? He lsughs and says yeah it did. then he asked" What the h*ll are you putting that thing on???" I just smiled and said " I got a cummins " Now I need to get a outerwears for it and make a base plate.

One question a have though is how long do these filters last?

Out the door i payed 47.50 for it. Its a Hastings Ill have pics as soon as i get batteries for my camera.

 

I'd imagine it'd be a bit longer than a standard paper filter just because it is so HUGE, then on top of that if you have an outerwears on it... only way to really say is by installing your filter (vacuum) minder on it.
