I have a 2006 3500 DRW with Edge Attitude, 4 inch exhaust, and AFE cold air intake. Just installed the exhaust and air intake. Have found that truck does not run well at "1" setting on Edge, perhaps more air is travelling through the engine and it is too lean, even with the sensors. Have found that there is no noticable difference between "2" and "3" settings in terms of MPG, EGT, Boost, both around town and on the highway, so I am running on "2" since that is alittle easier on the trany. I drove from 300 feet to 4000 feet over 30 miles today on I-90 and averaged between 17-18 mpg, not pulling anything and not loaded, but doing 70 mph all the way. If I had done 60 it would have been better. Hope this helps.
