which is best for mileage and towing

I got over 3mpg better with a MP8 box on all the way then I did with it off. I was getting 9.3mpg with my 12,000lbs 5th wheel on my truck and doing about 60mph and had 20lbs of boost + 1050 EGTs (box off) Then I turned it all the way up and this is what I saw 13.1mpg 12lbs of boost 850EGTs
I'm not going to tell what to buy, but these #s speak for themselves.
