Benn, I would love to continue the debate, but you said all you needed to right there. You could not find the correct colored wire, so you made an attempt on your own to try to find it. Unfortunately, YOU were wrong. All it took was a call, email, PM explaining the problem and I could have easily have helped you before you broke it. The outcome has proven to be the same with everything. Some people could break anything.

OK Benn, I am going to say it one more time. You called me on a SUNDAY afternoon and asked about the pump wire. Do you remember???? And yes, I did call back even though technically I was not open for business. However you did not call before messing it up. When you called the pump was already making noise. I cannot for the life of me ever figure out why someone can not accept responsibility for there own actions. It happens, people do break things and install them wrong. However using the crutch that you are a teacher at a diesel mechanics school holds no clout when you are calling me asking me for specs on how to install the injectors and how to adjust your VE pump. My guess is dual pumps and performance modifications are not covered in the text book.

As for me not returning calls in a timely manner????? The only time that happened was when you destroyed your motor then begged and pleaded for me to take your side to get the manufacturer of a product to replace your engine. I wanted no part of that and cut my ties. Now that had nothing to do with me at all. It had nothing to do with my pump kit at all. In fact the part that failed was not even sold to you by me!?!? But yet you tried to drag me into it. Which, I do have email proof of. Continue on the track you are on with bashing my business and products. I am sure you have heard of defamation. That is the point you are heading to.
