In the stock (nonprogrammed mode) the Outlook monitor shows 39# boost.
In the TriDog mode the Outlook monitor shows 37# boost.
In the Crazy Larry mode the Outlook monitor shows 30# boost.

I get good black smoke in the TriDog and CL modes and more power but can't figure out why the drop in boost. I called BD and they said it has nothing to do with there system (Riiiiiight) but the head tech would call me; no word from them yet.
Anyone have ideas.

Tranny is slipping for sure but I have that part covered.

 

I wonder if the slipping tranny is causing your loss of boost? The tranny would slip more in the higher HP settings which would kinda go along with what you are seeing on the boost gauge.

 

Maybe that is all it is?
I have an upgrade kit from DTT on order (TC showed up yesterday) so if that is all it is I should know next week when the rest of the parts get here.
