BDDL plugged or unplugged

just wondering if anyone leaves the unit plugged in all the time or just when they want to change setting?? will it hurt anything if left plugged in? thanks

i plug mine in and out going down the road if i want to change the setting, i left mine plugged in for about a month, my brother put velcro on his and monted it so it wasnt just lying around, it wont hurt it to leave it plugged in.

Bully Dog says to run it plugged or unplugged. Hopefully you have gauges though. Without the Outlook Monitor their is no EGT defuel safety monitoring. You need to watch the EGT gauge to keep within acceptable limits.

I don't even have it in the truck with me unless I'm leaving on a long trip. I leave it on extreme, also.

I don't switch mine unless towing over 10,000 lbs. It stays on performance until then. I don't leave it plugged in either. Looks like it would get in the way.
