if i ran the crazy larry DL and had a tranny that could put it to the ground effectively, with the BHAF and 5" str8 pipe, what kind of power do you guys think i would be putting down? thanks

I don't think they make the Crazy Larry for the 555's. Only on the 600-610 series. (unless they just recently released it, but I doubt it)

 

i updated mine on the BD website using the serial number on my triple dog for my 555 and it lets you DL the crazy larry. seems to be more powerful than the extreme, but my tranny is stock for now. what kinda HP with the extreme yall think?

 

I would like to know as well. I just put the Triple Dog on my truck this week and have wondered about rwhp numbers. Hope somebody has some answers.

I have thought about downloading the CL also, but didn't want to loose my extreme setting only to find out CL was to hard on my stock tranny. I have been running the extreme setting and the tranny feels fine. Does the CL add a lot or a little more bottom end and what did you think about your stock tranny with the CL setting. I have heard of people running CL with a completely stock truck.

 

There is no CLDL for the 555. You can still download the CLDL version but the top program is still the extreme.

On my 600 CL, it is still called Extreme on the downloader, it is just 230hp

I got 430RWHP on the 90 setting so i would expect quite a bit more from CL.

 

i dynoed 444, 423,440, and 413 recently and my buddy with the 6 speed did a little less and i have 37's with stage 2 afe, str8 pipe, fuel lines, bddl CL and some more crap the CL is hard on yer trans just be carefull and watch yer guages. fixin to git a tc and vb though, then more fuel and air

 

The cummins is hard on your stock tranny.

 

After reading your sig, you are getting 430/795 with a BD etreme setting and a straight pipe? Or, is there more you care to share about??? The reason I ask is becasue I have on order my BD and my exhaust, and some oterh small goodies, and I am hoping for 300+ HP and 650-700 lb ft torque, so.....
