I put on the CFM and the ATS exhaust manifold at the same time. There was a HUGE difference in throttle response with my truck. Not sure if it was due to the CFM, the ATS manifold, or the combination of the two, but the difference in response was phenomenal.

I had a very noticeable gain in bottom-end pick up with my CFM. Compared to the factory unit, it'd be hard not to though. If I were doing it again, I'd consider the 6.7L intake upgrade from Shibby Engineering. It's a lot more involved and a bit pricier, but the airflow increase (and looks) is phenomenal...
