Banks vs CFM
 
I am buying a intake manifold but dont know which one to get. Banks or CFM.....any help?

I have the CFM - I could not tell that if improved the performance any. You may want to read the thread on the Mod that we regret before you spend the cash.

I put on the CFM and the ATS exhaust manifold at the same time. There was a HUGE difference in throttle response with my truck. Not sure if it was due to the CFM, the ATS manifold, or the combination of the two, but the difference in response was phenomenal.

I had a very noticeable gain in bottom-end pick up with my CFM. Compared to the factory unit, it'd be hard not to though. If I were doing it again, I'd consider the 6.7L intake upgrade from Shibby Engineering. It's a lot more involved and a bit pricier, but the airflow increase (and looks) is phenomenal...
