Hey MonkeyLips, the part number is M090544, not M090554. But it is a good choise. I have heard complaints about M085171 as having a drone and too loud. I would have loved to put that on my truck because of the flow, but I didn't want to do it twice.

The M085171 only has a small drone at 1500 rpms with a stock turbo...mine has none at all now. I don't think it is too loud at all. Either choice should suffice.

Thanks for catching my typo Ron's Rig...the 51" Donalson is indeed M090544. Again, I think I'll default to the 51" as Ron said..."don't want to do it twice." Plus, I don't need the extra flow from the 40" as I'm not going to go nuts bombing; only adding an AFE Torque Tube and a Bully Dog Power Pup (after gauges)...

If you get the enite Bully Dog package you will not need gauges...the monitor will have them.

The whole package? I'll have to take a look at their web site.

Picked up the muffler (89.00), 5' 14ga aluminized steel straight pipe ($28.00), and a beefy HD v-band clamp ($17.00), 4 stainless 4" band clamps ($6.69 each). Those are pretty good prices compaired to other places.

DPP (in Pasco, WA) already shipped the other stuff, so I will send it back after the job is complete, just in case anything is needed. It is scheduled to arrive Monday.

I can't wait to get this puppy installed!!!

He means the Outlook Monitor and the Power Pup. The outlook includes full gauges and allows you to control the program (turn it down, or leave it at full power) as well as automatically defueling at a user setable EGT. Somewhere around $700 for both the Outlook and the Pup at most places.

Thanks for the clarificaiton. Their web site didn't really show that as an available item for the Dodge trucks.

Yeah, you have to use the drop down menu, not just click on Dodge Cummins, to find it.

The 5 inch exhaust is only suggested with 500hp or more.Read that actually decreases h.p. if under 500h.p.

I read if Dyno'ed a five inch on less then a 500 horse motor actually drops horsepower. This was discussed on TDR a year or more back.Dyno graphs showed the defueling and loss of peak h.p.Like HUGE headers with long tubes on a basic stock gas motor. You end up with less.
