Yes it is worth $125. The only benefit I have found is that makes the throttle response very smooth.

 

IMO the only banks part thats worth consideration , and yes you can feel the differance much smoother throttle response.

beware though, that you will have to get an adaptor for the coupler, they are different size then the stock pipe,, just to let you know

Another negative to the banks high ram is if you ever want to run dual Cp3's,
The high ram is to wide near the intake so it wont bolt on after you have installed your second cp3.

Only if the orig owner also got the Banks Techni-cooler will you need the adaptor. I put one of these on every truck since my '01. Definate improvement in throttle (hah!) smoothness. Not on the '06 yet. Better buy this one or i'll try to.

I've got it on my truck, the throttle response is def. better when I'm pulling a load.

hey little03 I have twin cp3s and the banks high ram! they fit together perfect fits like a glove in fact I had the banks high ram first then installed the PPE dual cp3s and not a problem so scratch that info cuz they fit together with no modifications!!
and not to hi jack the thread but my PPe dual cp3s have been flawless for over a year I had the first set PPE made in fact my truck was the beta truck for the ppe kit & I am still loving them it! draining the rail pressure ? never heard of it LOL

 

Ah thats good to know cuz I remember when Kevin was working on his truck it didnt want to go together at the time.
