nope, boost is good, around 50psi, but not till drive or lock up in OD.
i will try the te setting on lower, and play with that. i did look into which probe i am using for the egt gauge, and i have the right one in there, i am using the one that came with the TST box, so i know thats should not be a problem.i am going to put the air rid back on, because i gave it some thought today at work, and figured i need to compare apples to apples, and i changed out the air filter as well last night.
i never removed the stock piece for the air box, still there, but what i did notice today, is that i still use the filter minder, and it was sucks all the way down, and with the airrid filter, it would take a couple runs before it would suck down that far, so to me, the BHAF is not as good with air flow.
haven't been on the dyno yet, but now the nice wheather is here, it won't be long, just need to dial it all in, to get some base numbers down.meth is where i am headed right now, because i don't have to use it all the time, and it is cheap, and can buy the stuff anywhere.
i want to do injectors, but i thought i might be going a step backwards, with too much fuel, i could be wrong, my first diesel, still learning and love it.

I've found that I get the most power with the TST R-49 on 3/1 Fuel pressure 3 and timing on 3... I have a SMARTY and run it on the 90 HP without timing. It's pretty hard to beat this stack and though I don't have any dyno #'s I know that my truck is a lot happier with this stack than with the BDDL.

Bully dog is not even on the truck right now, and hasn't been for a while, don't seem to need it. maybe just for play time, or track days. i am sure the smarty is a good box, but i have bought and sold a few now, and don't plan on any more boxes for a while.i think i have the timing set to 3, and on auto for the TST program, and i am running the old twins program right now as well.

Unless I missed somethin in your sig, if you are only runnin the tst/ez stack adn factory injectors, try bumpin your timin up to 12 and see if that cools you down any.
