Rough start (surge) and fuel mileage decrease!!!

Rough start (surge) and fuel mileage decrease!!!
Getting ready to take it to the shop for a check for the above issues. I run the Quadzilla 100 HP box, do I need to reset the computer somehow before taking it to the dealer??? Do I just remove the Quad box??? I dont want them to void my warranty for my own stupidity
