So are you more likely to get rubbing issues with the wheel pushed further out or tuckerd in? Do you think with these dimensions I will have a little tire overhang due to it being -12 offset?I would like to have some tire overhang due to larger fender flares

You will get more rubbing issues if the wheel stick out further then tuck in. You for sure have tire over hang with -12 offset because I have +12 offset and it over hang about inch and a half.

Do you think with this set up they will stick out too far with 13.5 wide tires I like tire overhang but not ridiculous also any thoughts on rubbing with the 13.5 over a 12.2 on this set up?

Back Spacing = 4.52 in.
Offset = -12 mm.
Hub Bore = 87.1

You need to post the wheel width also. But I can tell you, even on a 9" wide wheel that baby is going to stick out over 2".
