has anyone had a problem with autometer egt guage moving very slowly? first guage I got moved very quickly , but never dropped below 250 degrees. the last 2 move very ,very slowly, I even tried a new probe, but same thing. any suggestions? should I buy a different brand.

 

call autometer. i have had a couple of problems over the years with autometer gauges. they have always stood behind their product. ask for cory in their tech dept. hes a good guy to deal with.

I installed a new phantom last week with the same results. I sent it back for a new probe. They did some changes with thermos and some guages don't have the right ones. Mine climbed 100 deg every 15 seconds and not above 800 deg.
