Auto Meter Electrical Fuel Pressure gauge.

I currently have the mechanical fuel pressure gauge and want to go with the electrical, but they say it is not compatibale with the Dodge Diesel.

Why not?????

dont listen to them. its because of the warranty the gauges have. i got one in mine. but mine is hose mounted so it takes no vibration off the motor.

I have had my Autometer Ultra-Lite Electric Fuel Pressure gauge for over a year and a half now. No problems at all, but mine is also T'd into the hose from FASS to CP3. I think they sell a snubber if you want to mount it to a hard location like CP3 that should eliminate any issues.

OK, that is what I was thinking, as I have a gauge also in line between the filter and CP3, an underhood mount, and it is "T'd" in as well, not mounted directly to the CP3. I planned on taking the underhood gauge out, and installing the sending unit there, to keep away from vibration's. OK, cool. Thanks for the info guys

Been running the cobalt 0-30psi, with the little snubber they sent me with the gauge. Sender screwed in to the top of the old filter housing on the motor for little over a year and no problems

Does DiProcol (Optix Series) make a electric fuel pressure gauge, 0-60psi or 0-100psi? I have a mechanical fuel gauge 0-100psi (mainly so it matches to the 0-100 boost) but just dont trust it long term because I am running the fuel into the cab.

I've got 2 years on my Z-series with no snubber plumbed straight to the test port on the Vp. Still workin great!

correct my 100psi fuel pressure gauge is mechanical. Raw fuel DOES NOT run into the cab...isolator is used.
