auto high idle can it be programmed??

auto high idle can it be programmed??
today it was fairly cold and the high idle came on after a few minutes of idleing,i drove it to town and it was fully warmed up and when i parked and let her idle for a few minutes it ramped up again,it did this twice during my trip.my question is,is there a way to make the high idle come on autmatically after say 3 minutes of idling at all temps?with the e brake on of course.this would be cooler than the cruise controlled idle.just idle and walk away and it automatically ramp up after a few minutes.
