I won't know exactly how many until later today, but it seems that I have at least 2, if not 3 bad injectors. Should I get new ones to send to you or send you the old ones? I have to get my truck running by end of business on Wednesday due to my traveling over the holiday. Any help on this matter would be GREATLY appreciated!

 

I can repair the ones you have Man. Get em to me, lets get em tested and fixed.

What is it doing? Oil level coming up? Loud clicking? Hard Start?

Do you have a rail pressure gage? if so, what is it at idle, cruise and WOT with the boxes, etc turned off??

 

Don't have a rail pressure gauge YET. I am getting a lot of "missing" and TONS of white smoke, even after it's been running for a long time. I have been running with only the Smarty on (SW#9) and am in the process of trying to get the update downloaded for it.

 

Keep me posted. I can get em repaired, but I recall those injectors being in tip top perfect shape. I mean they were bascially brand spankin new.

 

Yeah they were. They had 500 miles on them. That's what is so odd. If I overnight them to you on Monday for AM delivery Tuesday, can you fix them Tuesday and have them out for AM delivery on Wed.? That way my truck can be back together by the end of the day on Wed. ?
