I sent in my Juice/Attitude to be upgraded to the HOT unlock code and add-in the turbo timer. (YES, that feature is available for us pre-06 guys now) The Attitude also had some wires split open. The nice young lady at Edge calls me this morning to get my credit card information. I said ok, whats the damage?

$30 for the turbo timer feature

$100 Hot Unlock code

So my new question was: how much is it to repair the old wires to the Attitude?

"with the turbo timer feature, we are sending you a brand new unit. It has a different harness and doesn't use the same Attitude."

Ok, so you mean to tell me that for $130, I get a brand new HOT Juice/Attitude with the turbo timer?

"Yes Sir."

What a deal!!!! I highly suggest current Edge Juice/Attitude owners send in their boxes. Just call and get an RMA first

 

Edge has great customer service, they really go the extra mile to make sure the consumer is happy. I have had there products on 2 duramax's and now my cummins!! Have always been happy

 

I agree. I have a history with Edge....upgraded a few Juices before with them and had a warranty buy-back after they replaced an A2 monitor twice.

I've never had a problem with Edge customer service, except getting a guy to answer the phone. Be prepared to be on hold a while....but they will get to you.

 

That's awesome. Let us know if there are any other differences when you get it back. As soon as my truck gets back to me (long story) I'll be making the call and sending mine in.

 

phil how many edge boxes have you had now. I cant say much ive owned 4 triple dogs, an edge, a smarty and 2 tst boxes

 

that souds good i think im deffinetly gonna call and send mine in i got the hot upgrade already but i want the turbo timer and my attitude screan doesnt work for some reason, so hopefully they will fix that for me too.

Most recently i even experimented with Superchips Its really not tooo bad

can you actually tell when you have that hot unlock code for the juice?
I had the juice on my 05 but at the time didnt know about it.

 

Let me see..... LIKE NIGHT AND DAY! It was a huge difference on my 04.5.

 

I sent my EZ in as it failed. So I figured why not just send my Juice in for the Hot as well at the same time. I was told about the turbo timer feature and said sure I wanted it. I got a new Juice/Attitude and a new EZ the next week. I have always been treated very well at Edge and will continue to buy from them as well as promote them. That kind of service level is rare these days.

Oh, the Hot...yeah it's like night and day.

me too. The first HOT Juice i had with a stock turbo ran a half second faster in the quarter than running with Crazy Larry.

I'm curious about that turbo timer, what's that about? I just filled out the paper work for the Hot upgrades.
