On my boost gauge i can only get 22psi.out of it wide open. When I had the older verson 1.0.0.8 the boost would readed up to 34. Do i have a problem some were because that doesn't sound right only tops out at 22psi?

 

Doesn't seem right, at least not the same as my 06.
I was getting 28-30 stock, I get about 40 now with the boost fooler.

 

What kind of boost fooler works the best? And what does more boost do (Low end, High end)????

 

I only see 22lbs boost,Now thats on the PMT,Seems like it should be alot higher. I know i have the MP-8 that boost-fools but on a gauge no differance whats up?

 

I called Buddy and he said he would try to get back to me today about the boost.

Okay guys sorry for not contacting anyone directly yet, but I have been working on this all day. Here is the deal. We changed our can bus boost request from the factory request to a standard pid request. It works fine down low, but as you guys found out the upper end of the boost curve is off. We will be switching back to the other method for requesting this on our next release. I am thinking I can send you three guys plus whoever else needs or wants it a beta version of the new stuff on Monday next week. The new software will also have the touch screen enabled as well. claymeis and ramble bee I have your email addresses. 20073500dodge59 or anyone else who wants this beta version on monday send me a PM with your email address.

Thanks for you help. I pm you my email. Anybody else have trouble with the high idle or is this just me?

 

I got your PM. I tested it today on our 2007 Mega Cab. I started with a new installation of the PMT. When I was done with the program the high idle did not work. I went to menu and then special functions and then idle up "auto only". It said it was enabled, but I knew it wasn't so I selected disabled and then enabled again. I then had to cycle the key off and when I cycled it back on and started the truck it worked. I hope that helps.
