Does all the extra's work?? Idle set, horn chirp,seat belt beep, etc. And how does the Idle set work?

 

Yep, still has those. Once you turn on the high idle, turn cruise control on, then press set and it will rev to 1000, then you can press the accel/decel buttons on the cruise to change the idle speed.

The rev limit is only on the Crazy Larry program. But I tried the crazy Larry over the weekend and my truck didn't like it that much. It didn't do anything bad just didn't feel any more power then the Extreme. I would say it is my truck because everyone else likes it.

 

Yes, I'm running 2.4.1 the version WITHOUT CL and have all of these as well as the regular stuff like high idle, fogs with highs, alarm chirp etc as well as the new PTO feature.

Mybe you know something we dont.The PMT dosent have 2.4.1. a little more enfo.

The answer here is no you can get speed limiter and tire size, but the rev limiter for the PMT is only available on Crazy Larry.

As of today 9-25-07:

The latest version of the PMT is 1.0.1.0

The latest version on the Triple Dog is 2.4.1

I can seem to get the high idle to work. Does it work if you only have the 1.0.1.0 without Crazy Larry? I tried the cruise on and hit set and nothing.

 

Does anyone know if the high Idle works on the PMT (1.0.1.0)? I've tried the cruise on and set. But I'm not getting anything.

 

You might need to go into the special functions in the menu and re-enable it. It should work.

 

So do you turn on the cruise and hit the set button???
