Hello. I like the flat black grille that comes on the 1500 ST trucks (I dig the black bumpers too). I was looking at a Mopar parts page. They have complete grille assemblies in many colors. Is that flat black-ish color called argent?

I believe Argent = silver

 

yes argent is the colour painted aluminum rims would be. your thinkin a matte finish.

 

Third on that. GM used argent silver on their autos i think mid 50s till the mid 80s.

 

Ditto on the argent, it's a not very much metallic silver. Right on the verge of being gray.
