Thes trucks are known to run hot, even stock. Have you considered a bigger turbo?

 

possibly. i pinched off wastegate line with edge bypassed and wow. I saw 40 psi boost in town even just steppin on it for like 4 sconds.egts are way better to then. so i think my problem is definitely wastegate related but YES a bigger turbo would help.
