Anyone using the Bullydog RFI intake?
Anyone using the Bullydog RFI intake?
Just debating on what intake to use. $250 ish for the enclosed #52101 intake seems reasonable. Looks like it has a nice box enclosure. See in their brouchure that the RFI filters supposively filter .5 microns? Seems like a good filter?
I like the AFE Stage II but $400+ seems ridiculous.
Was also looking at the Volant for around $270.
Also was looking at the S&B
Have researched the "****** Whistler" but I don't like having the open exposed element.
Had the AFE Stage I on my 01 with a prefilter and it seemed like you were cleaning a lot. Without the pre filter cleaning was way too much.
Also, I see you can get the Scotty III. Debating doing that.
But, is anyone using the RFI?

I am and have had no problems with it. I suppose which type of intake has a lot to do with personal preference. I am sure there are some differences between all of the makes as far as power but it is no more than 5-10 HP. So get what you would be happy with and can afford.
