Was wondering if a camshaft such as a Helix 2 or such will help eliminate the surge or woof woof effect of the large 66 turbo when under moderate throttle in the lower rpms 1600 to 1800 rpm.

My 62 will not do this woof woof at moderate thottle and low rpms but the 66 will.. Wondering if a camshaft will help this condition.

 

A cam should help a bit but it wont eliminate it totally.
