Anyone know the STOCK shock length?

Does anyone know the compressed and extended STOCK shock length on an '04.5 2500 4x4?

I'm not sure of the length, but I am sure that if you put a leveling kit on, that you need to put longer shocks on as well. There's only about 1" left once you put on a 2" leveling kit.

I had a local 4wheel store sell me some shocks...and I'm not sure if the length is correct.

They are 24.5" from center of bottom eye to the washer on the top stud, fully opened

They are 14.24" from center of bottom eye to the washer below the top stud, fully compressed.

Just wanted to double check the length prior to trying to install them.

Just tried to install the shocks I was provided...wont fit.

They've got the wrong bore size on the bottom end, go figure. **** truck accessory companies...can't ever get it right!

So, what Bilsteins should I order for a 2" Leveling kit?

they are 9/16 bolts if you need spacers

not sure on the part number for the correct bilstiens
