Any SB clutch techs here?

Hi I'm having the dealer install a CB con fe in my 06 cummins with a g65. Every thing is installed including the master and slave but this is the first time that they had ever worked with a SB clutch. they are telling me that when the truck is on and in nuetral that it will not shift into gear. saying that the clutch is still engaged, so if they were to turn the truck on while in gear and clutch pedal down then the truck would want to take off. My question is well how do i get them to fix that. is it just adjusting the rod from the master and slave or is there something else that i should have them check for. any advice would be greatly appreciated... I tried callin Peter but I hear he is on vacation. Just trying to get my truck out so I can put it back to work.

Did they install the hydrolic upgrade with it. That is highly recommened but I doubt that is your problem. I would try working it a bunch of times and re check all the lines and make sure there is plenty of fluid.

You think they can just play around with it and should be able to find why its not disengaging.

the rod from the slave(or master) is adjustable. make it slightly longer ~1/8". try it again.

hmmm well they tried every thing in their power to try and fix it.... they reassembled it twice and even messedwith the rod but these idiots had never seen a clutch like this... they are going to tow/haul it to the place where i bought the clutch here in san antonio. trucksourcediesel.com knows what they are doing. hopefully the dealership techs didnt mess anything up. hey thanks for all the help i really apreciate it.

Who bent it if it is bent??? And why have the dealership install a clutch you bought at a performance shop? That sounds expensive.
