Any injector harness problems???
Any injector harness problems???
I had an edge juice on my 03 for a couple months, worked fine. Pulled off to install TST Powermax. I had nothing but problems tripping codes running rough etc. I took my truck to TST and they looked at if for 4 hours. Installed new box, wiring harness, moved ground to many different locations and could not locate problem. I am returning the TST
I reinstalled my edge and it tripped codes and died in driveway. So I took it off and sent it to Edge for repair or replacement. My question is could there be a broken wire/ bad contact at the injector harness causing my problem? I was thinking there is a possibility the wires could be "pulled" slightly out of the factory harness when unplugging to install aftermarket harness and then rest at an awkward angle when new harness is plugged in, causing a bad connection. Is this possible?

Yes, disconnecting and reconnecting the harnesses can damage connectors or pull the wiring out if not careful. Look for bent pins and also a good idea to add some dielectric grease to the pins before plugging the connectors together.

Im not sure if anyof those boxes require unplugging the connector form the ECM itself but you may want to check all the pins to make sure nothing got pushed out. It sounds like it ran fine before you messed with it so id retrace everything you touched probably just a bad connection somewhere
