any body running LT305/70R17 D MAXXIS BIGHORN TIRES or hav an opinin on them

 

I run 315/70/16 Maxxis Buckshot Mudders. Ilike the tread pattern, they wear some what good( as good to be espected for having to replace my track bar three times) the tires clean out well in mud, ok in sand, not too noisy on the hiway. All in all i'm going to buy another set right after i put an upgraded track bar system on.

 

I dont have the big horns but I like the tires I have now. I have about 25k on em now and expect to get another 10. Pretty good to me since they are on 6" wide rims. I tow some too.

There are definately better tires out there but for what these cost I dont think they can be beat.

 

I have the buckshots and like the way they ride--fairly quiet for a mud tire. Excellent traction in mud. As far as wear, I haven't had them long enough to tell but so far no cupping issues just good even wear.
