another triple dog question

i was just wondering what setting people were using for everyday driving with their triple dog. i've been leaving mine in the tow/econ setting and was just wondering about the performance setting. is it to much for daily use? like to much rail pressure and other damaging things?

I run mine on performance all the time except when i'm towing. I haven't had any problems yet as long as you don't drive it like you stole it.

I run performance as well, except when towing.

i like to run my on the stock setting on the new version, so it ads the low end power option, but i wont tow a trailer like that, its just to aggressive, so when i think ill tow i just go on the tow/econo, if im just cruising down the interstate for a long trip i through it on extreme for best millage

Triple Dog

I run mine on extreme all the time. I have had not had any problems, yet. I also tow my 29' enclosed work trailer. I do keep an eye on all of my guages and if it gets to hot I turn it down or if I know there is a hill coming up but most of my travels are on flat country. I have hit 1450 degrees pulling and my outlook monitor just turned the chip off.

performance does not increase rail pressure. Extreme and Crazy Larry do.
