I'm limited on this, but I have looked at everything I could and all I found was either drop the tank or raise the bed.

it depends, if you have a external lift pump then you can install a raptor 100 without dropping the tank or raising the bed.

Stand corrected, I didn't noticed his year. But for all in tank applications, I only know of the two ways, is there another ? If putting on something like a raptor to replace an in tank pump, how else can you put in the draw straw ?

I believe if you have a in-tank pump you have no choice but to either drop the tank or raise the bed. even if you went with installing a sump, you would still have to do one or the other.

Any chance cutting a access(not a bubba patch) panel in bed-to get at lift pump, What I am asking IS HAS ANYONE DONE THIS?
Some older trucks had an access panel you could remove to service the fuel sender-so why not put a panel in the bed deck??
Just a thought-would be a lot easier than dropping the tank.
