i am currently running the stock 4in on my truck, but i have it straight piped with no cat. my question is this... im wanting to run a aftermarket system or just by a muffler bc of the bad drone... would an aftermarket system or a muffler do any good w/o the cat or does it need to be back on. this is on an 05 2500.

 

I got drone after changing turbos and I already had a 51" nelson. I put a 4" glasspack right behind the dp and it stopped the drone. Craig

 

I have a 5" Flo-Pro, & just had a 51" Donaldson installed. No drone at all, & MUCH quieter.

 

bigwheels, is your cat still on? thats my main concern with what im wanting to do....
