Any thoughts my truck is all stock but the k&n drop in I have a little money to spend thinking a cat delete or the boost fooler but will ether do any good would like it to sound a bit better.

 

well i just recently removed my k&n, and went back to stock because they do not filter worth a crap. if you run your hand inside the tube between the filter and the turbo it will come back with a fine dirt on it.
i realized on mine that the pipe in front of the muffler was 3.5" and the piece after was 4" to the tail pipe. so i bought one long piece of 4" to replace the exhaust from the down pipe to where the muffler is. that being said you can have 4" from the down pipe back for pretty cheap. i added a 5" stainless tip on mine. pretty simple sounds good and looks like i spent a lot of $

 

Get a siliencer delete intake pipe and open up the exhaust. Change out the muffler and replace the turbo down pipe to 4". Ive got a Banks muffler on a SB and it sounds good with NO drone. It's not too loud so you can still normal conversations in the cab.
