Question Of all methods available, which is best to boost hp/ft lbs?

Which is the quickest/easist to implement and gives the best results in your opinion?

I'm wondering if it's worth the extra mileage they all seem to advertise.

Thanks,

DT.

I am going to go with the Edge Juice w/attitude, by my research, I think it will work best for what I want to do.

IMO it is not worth it for the mileage gains, you wind up with questionable warranty, truck that will cause excessive tire wear, it will cause you to forget how to drive a truck and you wind up losing mpg.

But is it definitely worth it for the fun .
