Air Leak - Compressor Workin OT - Help

I've been having to refill the air tank from about half tank 1 - 2 times a day. At this rate the compressor is going to live a short life. So i've been thinking about changing out the air lines/connectors.
Right now i have the 3/8 OD plastic air hose, and ribbed slide in (the hose) fittings that came with the Viair kit. I believe that this is where the air is leaking from

I'd like to swap out the plastic hose and fittings to a rubber hose with the fittings already attached like in the picture below, but dont need 50' of hose. Does anyone know where i can get 3' or 4' sections of hose with these fittings, or have a suggestion on how to keep from losing so much air from my current set up?

Sorry if i'm beating a dead horse... I've searched hose...air hose...air leak, but could not find anything on this subject...

Any and all suggestions welcome!!
Thanks!

The plastic should not leak...

Are they compression fittings or the quick snap fitting?

Just redo the fitting...make sure the end is cut at 90 degrees.

I dont know what they're called but they're this style....

Thats the only place i can think of that it might be leaking from (fitting not snug enough on the hose??...) other then the tank itself having a leak of some kind....
I took all the connectors off the other day, rewrapped all with tape, and reconnected.... I also felt around the tank to feel for a leak but couldnt find anything.....

That fitting appears to be a push lock fititng for rubber hose...not plastic!

Go get quick snap or flared compression fittings for the plastic/poly line you are using...

Semi Parts/Dealers have a huge assortment handy for their brake lines.

Put some soaky water on all the connections just to make sure that your fixing the leak and not throwing money down the drain.
