air bags and a leveling kit

I have the kore leveling kit in the front of the mega. I would like to put on the airlift road tamer but it says not to be used with a lift kit. I wouldn't really consider the leveling springs a lift kit but I am not sure. I also put a 1 in. spacer in the rear to help the stance out a little. Does anyone out there have any exerience with this sort of setup? Thanks.

Moving the frame away from the axle 1" may cause the airbag to over extend w/o air. I wouldn't do it myself

I do not know about the air systems (yet) but I figure if you added 1" with the leveling kit but the air system is based off a stock suspension, fabricate an additional 1" mount to keep the geometry or distances where the kit requires them to be. Done and done.

Yeah, either remove the block in the rear or extend/space the mount for the bags. I would remove the block myself.

I would take the block out of the back and just use the air bags to give you the right stance. I have a leveling kit on mine and the air bags on the back. with the firestone airbags inflated to 70 psi or so it is almost 3" taller than stock, so you should have that inck around 20 psi which should be good for driving around empty.

I agree. They are pretty extended w/o any lift on my truck. I squeezed them in there w/o any real effort.
