Anything bigger than 35's will rub. I have the 37" Pro Comp Extreme A/T's on stock rims and would definitly reccomend them in any size.

I have pro comp extreme A/T's for the winter. I love em....so far great wear and plenty of traction. Pretty quiet too.

I just put on a set of 35x12.50x17 pro comp extreme all terrains and I LOVE them so far. They seem to be wearing great, but I need to fine tune the air pressure to make sure I get the best life out of them. What do others run thiers at? Here are a couple pics of my truck. 35's on bone stock suspension.

I have had 3 sets, stock 285 BFG AT's, 305/70/17 summits, and 35 12X50's, BFG M/T's. I liked the 305's the best, no rub what so ever, a little wider than the 12X50's, they handled well, and looked better.

I would have to agree...my 305 70 17 are a perfect size to fill the wheel well, but not rub.

They were called mud dawgs, I got them in south fl. They were only load range D, and lasted me about 30K. I was pretty rough on them, tho...

I've heard the Nitto Terra Grapplers don't last very long... any truth to this?
I would pay big money for a 305 E rated highway or a/t tire that would hold up like my stock BFG Rugged Trails... 74000 miles and still going strong...

This will be my next tire. A little bigger than my 295's and they're load range E.

I love the Nittos. I got about 25k on them and about 50% tread left, give or take. They're pretty quiet and do well offroad. I will probably keep buying the Nittos as long as they make 'em. You probably won't get nearly 74k out of any respectable A/T out there. 50k would be lucky.

How do the Nitto Terra Grapplers perform in the rain? Also, how do the ProComp X-treme All Terrains perform in the rain? Also, if anyone has any experience with either of these tires in snow or thick, chunky mud let me know.
