I thought the edge EZ or any chip would void your warranty, but it says it doesn't

 

many companies state that in one way or another, good luck trying to get them to stand behind you if you need warranty repairs.

I don't think that was an EDGE ad. I'm pretty sure that is Predator or Dr. P. EDGE doesn't have a box rated with those specs.

 

find the right dealer. my dealer will do warranty work with the edge on it, no problem.

 

I have heard similar stories about dealers.

Enjoy it while you can. DCX (and the other 2) are going to figure this out soon. Real soon. The 2006 model year will be the last year of being able to add boxes without anyone knowing.

 

I think if you reread that statement it says all chips will void your warranty
"No After Market Chip (Will Not Void Your Warranty) "

 

If you get caught. Plus that's the corporate warranty policy. If the dealer doesn't say anything, he makes money on warranty, keeps a customer happy, plain ol' keeps the customer, and DCX is none the wiser.
