1/8th mile pass that is. sorry, had to get your attention. I ran an 8.9 @ 80 last night with .9 reaction time and a 2.1 60 ft time. I could get better on the 3rd gear 4hi 3000rpm launch with a little practice, but i didnt know how tough my SBC 3600 was. It held marvelously. Can anyone make some sense of the numbers? im not very knowledgeable about the 1/8th mile. And on a side note...On my 3rd run i found out that the truck will do a 5th gear launch. I missed 3rd on the line and launched in 5th and still did a 10.9.

From my experience, that equates to about a 13-13.5 in the 1/4. Not sure about mph. Which aint too shabby. How many #s of boost are you launching with?

I have a handshaker. so no boosted launch, until i get a linelock. and, this was at the chargers stadium parking lot. the police hold it every other friday. its called race legal.

I have this table that gives conversion from the 1/8 to 1/4 mile passes. Seems to be pretty accurate.
