Well take a look under your truck and see how far you are away from the leaf springs with my 255 70 I can barly slide my finger between the tire and spring so you may need a spacer which I personally woulden't run with adapters. Maybe you should get a super single if you want that big look. Go down to Les Schwab and get there tire catalog for commercial tires there are probably a hundered different styles, some will get pretty aggresive. Also if you lift the truck it will look alot bigger too.

I know this a dumb question, but what is Les Schwab? I have not heard of it.

I will check into Super SIngle sizes.

Les Schwab is a tire center you probably don't have them in your area, but they do a good job on the commercial side of things without goin down to the truck stop, also you can look them up on the internet. Also keep in mind you will have a completly different rim with that super single and it is goin to be heavy but it is a very unique and crazy look.

I knew the rear rim would need to be different but I was thinking of the front. Don't forget, Super SIngles weigh substantially LESS than their dual wheeled counterparts. Between 50 & 100 lbs. less!
