5" MBRP with 51"nelson

I was wondering if anyone had run any sort of a 5" exhaust with a 51" nelson muffler. I currently have a 4" with the nelson and would like to know if the drone would be worse or if there would be any change. Thanks

I have the 5" flo pro and I want ride of the drone and noise. I am very interested on what yours sounds like and the cost and type of muffler you used.

I know the 51" nelson costs around 89 bucks.

I am real tired of my drone with my 5" dual setup. I cant hear myself think at 75 mph. I am going to put a Walker muffler on before the Flo Pro muffler this weekend, and will let you know. The Rokktech muffler is pretty long, and I dont think it will clear the crossmember. The muffler I am looking to install is 30-35" long, because that what will fit in between the Flo Pro and the crossmember.

hope this helps, will post the progress when I get it

Sorry for the slow reply the muffler went on pretty easy. The sound is like stock but when you get on it sounds like a airplane you can hear a whooshing wind kinda sound no drone at all ,It does have one baffle on the inlet side I left it in place .It is very low noise part # I used was a donaldson#m100580 the crossed the # with a nelson I will try and get some pics

I too am running the M100580 and really like the quiet sound when crusing down the highway...No drone. Knowing that it is a freeflowing muffler that blows 4" numbers away.
