Hey guys I have a few questions about 5" exhaust with stacks. Firts I'm looking at the 5" Motoblue hardcore system, them I want to run 5" pipe to dual 6" miter cut stacks. The questions I have are this 1: will I loose any low end power due to turbo lag this thie much pipe? 2: how much do you think this will help with my EGTs, as right now I can peg my pyro at over 1500 with out trying very hard. Any help would be very much appreciated.

 

when I went from 4" stock pipe to 5" turbo back, straight pipe to 7" stack...I did not notice any low end power loss.....BUT when I got sick of the straight pipe and added a 5"x51" Donaldson muffler I noticed a low end GAIN!!
then I tried the Smarty and forgot all about any low end lag I had

 

I do plan on running a muffler, just don't want to loose the low end when I pull my big camper trailer, and I am still running the stock turbo.

 

I am almost stock....all I got is a intake and the 5" exhuast.
