I got one from DPP when I had my 03SO. It's from Banks and replaces the DP and the turbo elbow. It ran me about $200.00. Pretty expensive!! Try to find a newer 4" in/out elbow and DP from a newer truck...

You can find them on E-Bay sometimes. The dealer has them too. I got lower egts but also a bit of drone when I changed mine out. It probably won't make it any louder unless you are also adding a HP muffler. If you are going to keep the factory tailpipe you will have to cut a couple inches off of it where it connects to the muffler. It's only 3.5" there but flares out to 4" after a couple inches...

If you have a local Cummins dealer price will be alot less and they can match the clamp if you take your elbow in. I changed my 03 4-3.5 elbow to a 4-4 elbow off of an 04 and then followed with a 5 inch turbo back expandit exhaust. The truck sounds very quite with hardly any pressure at tail pipe, with the truxedo tonneau I'm pulling 25 mpg as long as I stay under 2000 RPM. I'm running Edge EZ but might upgrade, it is only at stage 2 not ever put it on stage 4 yet. Local Cummins dealer much less than dealers.

Hey ksram, do you remember the part numbers at Cummins for the elbow and downpipe? I've got the Dodge p/n for that stuff and the cheapest I can get tham is about $120 total. Is buying that stuff from Cummins that much cheaper?
Thanks
