OK PUT MY 37'S ON LAST WEEK AND THE TRUCK DOESNT LIKE THEM. I HAVE LOST NOTICABLE POWER. WHAT ARE YOU GUYS RUNNING WITH THE 37'S. THANKS

I have a friend that runs 40s with 373s but he is running a 6sp. I would think that 410s will do the trick

Thats why I stated w/ the tires and then more power, I never missed it 4.10's would be nice but, for the highway 3.73's are the bomb.

 

YAH THE 373 ARE GREAT ON THE HIGHWAY. I WAS ALSO JUST THINKING IT GIVES ME ANOTHER REASON TO JUST KEEP BOMBING THE TRUCK AND ILL WAIT ON THE CARES. THINK THE FIANCE WILL MIND IF WE PUSH THAT WEDDING BACK???

 

I have been thinking about bigger tires.I have 373s with 35s still tacking to high on the highway my 6spd realy geard me down compared to my auto .

 

I've got 410s in my truck and would love to get them changed over to 373s

I've got 35's w/ 3.54's... I contemplated going to 33's, but I decided to go w/ 36's and add some more power

cruising on the highway w/ the big tires is awesome

 

i like the 37s with 373s. but I have a 6 speed.

get a turbo, they are on special now.

 

A turbo will be worse because it will be laggier....

If he had the tranny to hold it I would suggest upgraded the bully dog to HTS's Scary Larry. That and a quick spooling 62/14 turbo would be the ticket IMO.

Not as pricey as twins plus you get a few extra horses

 

N/M... Now I see he has tranny upgrades It's been a loonnnggg day.

 

iv got 3.73 s and 37s. had them from the day i owned my truck. power seems really good. its not a dog or anything, but its a 6 speed

 

The six speed in the 06 is a big step up from 3.73's/auto.

The G56 tranny is like having 4.10's. So.... 4.10's with a 6 speed is ALOT better than a 3.73/auto truck.
