1st speeding ticket

1st speeding ticket
Hi, I don't need anything at the moment, just thought I'd share the fact I recieved my 1st speeding ticket recently in my Dodge, the cop radared Me running 71 in a 60mph stretch of Hwy 59 near downtown Houston. I argued that I was just running with the flow of traffic, but I still got the ticket.
The reason I bring this up is that at the time I was pulling a loaded 40' gooseneck! My previous trucks wouldn't even pull this trailer, let alone get a speeding ticket with it!
also, in case anyone is interested, I finally found the source of all of my engine miss/ throttle resonse issues I posted on here awhile back. After several trips to the dealer and them changing out the ECM, all 6 injectors, and then 1 of those injectors was replaced again the truck still had intermittent problems. I took and cleaned every ground connection I could find and every engine harness connection, and now it hasn't acted up not once in nearly 2 months!
It goes to show you never overlook the basic stuff.
Thanks,
Bowedup

Congrats on the fix, and yeah these trucks will get you in trouble. It is mind boggling sometimes that nothing breaks when you throttle hard with a load behind you.

I know what you mean about these things pulling. I used to own a 23ft Toyhauler when I lived in San Diego. I would put 2 quads with all the extra crap, food fuelcans, tools, ect in the trailer, then anther quad in the back of my truck with more gear, then fill up the 18 gallon fuel station on the trailer and the 100 gallon water take and pull that baby to Glamis. I would hit 80 no issue. She would HURT on MPG going up hill into the mountains but she still trucked it right along!
