I gave Dusty such a short window (hours instead of days) to build my tranny we didn't have time to locate a billet output shaft. I am regreting it now. Dusty has already taken care of me ,and I should have the truck back up and running real soon. As good as any customer service in the business.(Maybe the BEST!)

I think my truck will run some 11's on fuel. I don't know if it will ever run an 11.41 on fuel. That is just impressive!

Good luck to you and your truck. Would love to get together with you at an event, could be a lot of fun.

Be Good-
John

10-4 wap. It is nice to see (and read) that we are not to big headed to help someone else out to achieve goals that we have all set no matter how big or small. The CUMMINS brotherhood must always stay together.

Good, if you want a real challenge at the TS Event forget the drag racing and hook that dude to the sled. I'll be glad to loan you a pulling hitch.

The TS event is my definite first choice, but it just so happens that it is the weekend my wife and I are going on a cruise to celebrate our 10th anniversary. So I talked her into letting me go to Vegas the weekend before. (what happens in Vegas, stays in vegas) Maybe we can get together at the Indy event, should be an awesome turnout.

Thanks,
John

Personally I like racing 10 times better than pulling. With pulling you have all that money in a truck and you get to pull possibly 2 times a week. With racing on one Friday night I can get at least 10 runs in. I agree that pulling is a challenge but try to get a 7000+ pound truck to go through the quarter in less than 11.5 seconds on fuel. Obviously thats the big challenge since greyrig is the only one that has done it... I think racing these trucks is a "real challenge."
