Well hit the track friday, Ran with both the wild smarty and the beta. Unfortunatly my nitrous wasnt in yet.

I was leaving the line, extremely soft....2200 in 2nd, and as such had a really bad 60' foot time, but I guess you could say that These are the WORST times that I can experiance, next time at the track I am gonna work on the 60' times. Race weight was 7612 pounds

As you can see the 60' times killed me.....My best 60' of the night was a 1.877, BUT I ended up breaking the tires losse a couple times, and ran a 15.2 @ 105.

All in all it was fun, 60' times are atrocious (sp?), but was told my shifting was awesome. Leaving the line in 4wd with a 2300 rpm clutch dump. It wasnt enough, the old girl would drop too 1200 then smoke out the track and ff I would go. If I could get the 60' times down too the 1.9 that I had I am confident I would have pulled a 12 second run.

Greatest feeling of the night was when I was lined up with a ford toting 460 hp. His rt was the same as mine but he had a 1.7 60'. After the 1/8 we were tied and by the end of the 1/4 I had beat him by a full second and 20 mph. LOL.

Mike Drevers truck made one soft pass, basically all motor with a hang up in 3rd gear and was not aloud back on the track with the absence of padded roll cage and driveshft loops. Time was 11.42 @ 126 mph, with a 2 second 60', when it usually it running a 1.5 60'.

thanks....like I said I need too work heavily on the launch, the rest of the run is pretty good, but the 60' times are killing me!!
