for those with 07 5.9's....what type exhaust are you running? alot if not all of the manufacturers are only offering cat-back versions for the 07 model's.

for those running the cat-back version, how are you liking or not liking them? any pro's/con's?

and has anyone just modified the cat-back systems to eliminate the cat? pm me if necessary. not sure if it is legal or not here in hawaii, but i think it may void warranty...any info?

When I got my 07 I hade the muffler took off and a pipe put in its place. The cat was still on and it was ok. Last week a couple of dogs chased my cat away. Sounds really nice now. As far as warranty goes you just have to talk to your service center where you take it and see what they say about it. And as far as laws go ???? Stuff does fall of some times and a temperary fix has to be put in place.

so i guess there is absolutely no company offering a turbo back kit for this model(07 5.9)? and if i wanted a turbo-back system, i would have to modify the cat-back system? would an 06 turbo-back fit with no problems? is a cat-back sytem ok to make the big hp?

Why not just buy an 06 turbo back ...... My cousin has one sounds awesome its a 5in with 6in tip........
