where do i connect the sending unit? any pics?????

Well mine was installed with the FASS and was T'd into the fuel line from the FASS to the CP3. Some recommend using a snubber if connecting to the CP3 or Filter housing if used. Mine in the fuel line has not had a problem for over year and a half. It is installed about where the fuel line goes under the firewall, this was the easiest place to run the wiring into the cab from.

 

WOW... Picture is pretty big.. But it is tapped into the top of the geno's billet filter cap!!

The other is in the Cp3 for the commander.. Both measure dead on the same..

On the line coming from the bottom of the fuel filter up to the cp3, I cut the rubber line in half and trimmed a little bit of the steel tubing. Clamped a 1/8" pipe "T" with 5/16" barbs on each side in between the rubber hose and threaded the sender into the remaining port of the "T". Hope this helps.
