I just ordered my Power Pup for my 06 (thank you DTR Store) but do not know if it will activate my High Idle feature. Does anyone know?

 

the high idle for the the auto's only. you cant run it with a 6 speed.

 

Check out the SEARCH on high idle some guys have figured it out.

 

I know how to make it work on my 6spd (the #22 pin on the ecm), will the pup turn it on? I am going to the dealer on Thursday to get my drivers side window replaced but would rather not have them do it.

Have the dealer make sure it's turned on when you are in for your window work. If you were planning to install a PTO driven winch you would need this feature turned on. You can install a jumper wire into the ECM "B" plug pin 22/use ECM grounding bolt for other end. This will then make your G56 tranny'd truck capable of the high idle. You can control the rpm of the high idle with your cruise control on/off and accel/decel for up or down rpm's. Several of the programmers will turn it on also, someone here with the BD surely will answer your question.

The Bully Dog Triple Dog has the high idle enable feature. I don't think the power pup does.

 

The Bullydog will not turn it on Dealer has to.
